Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prevent delays and ensure your corals arrive in top condition.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and prepared. We will reach out to confirm the best shipping date based on livestock availability and weather.

  • Shipping Method: All coral orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air for overnight delivery.

  • Shipping Rates:
     – Flat-rate shipping: $50
     – Free shipping on all orders over $450

  • Local Pickup: Available in Dallas, TX by appointment only. Contact us to arrange a time.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our corals and packaging. In the rare case of DOA, we offer the following:

  • Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.

  • You must provide clear photos of the coral in the sealed bag. Additional photos may be requested.

  • Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit for the coral’s value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If shipping is delayed due to UPS (weather, mechanical issues, etc.), DOA claims will be handled case-by-case.

Important Notes

  • Someone must be present to receive the shipment. Missed or delayed pickups void the DOA guarantee.

  • Once corals are introduced to your system, we are no longer responsible for their condition, as tank parameters vary between setups.
